“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

- “During the financial year 2024/25, the Trust did not produce monthly management accounts for the period September to November 2024 in accordance with the requirements of the Academy Trust Handbook. This was due to temporary staff absence and staffing changes which impacted the finance function. The issue has since been resolved, and monthly management accounts resumed in December 2024 in line with the requirements of the Academy Trust Handbook.”
