“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

This is to investigate whether this would be a trust that Carwarden would thrive in being part of. The associate period began on 24th February 2025 and runs until 23rd February 2026.”
• “The school has replaced some of the outdated air conditioning units and also installed the units in areas previously without them. This is a more sustainable method than the original boilers... The 6th Form Kitchen & Vocational Room were swapped over, and a new fitted kitchen has been installed... Four new additional student toilets have been installed... a new reception desk has been installed and the gender-neutral toilet has been refurbished. The food technology room has also had a small upgrade.”
