“The Company has performed an assessment of whether it is a going concern in the light of current economic conditions and all available information about future risks and uncertainties. As at 31 December 2024: 1 The Company has incurred total comprehensive loss of US$ 10,559,948 during the year ended 31 December 2024 (2023: US$ 973,944). 2 As at 31 December 2024, the Company had net current asset position of US$ 50,153 (2023: US$ 441,202). The Board of Directors have forecasted that the Company will be able to meet its obligations that arise in the future on its own for the 12 months from sign off of these financial statements. In addition, the ultimate parent undertaking has indicated its intention to provide continuing financial support by way of a support letter. The Board of Directors believe, taking into account the matters discussed above, that the Company has sufficient financial support and that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
