“The management and close monitoring of the Trusts finances by the CEO and the CFO have ensured that the Trust remains a going concern. After monitoring the management accounts on a monthly basis and holding the CEO robustly to account, the board of trustees has a reasonable expectation that Triumph Learning Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
