- Price Bailey LLP
- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Trustees' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Trust's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “During the year, the Trust educated approximately 1,140 students aged 11-19 at Pinner High School. The School had a successful year and there continues to be a high demand for places.”
- “Pinner High School was rated Outstanding in all categories in its Ofsted inspection in March 2025.”
- “One trustee stepped down in March 2025, and three new trustees have been appointed to the board, one in September 2024, one in June 2025 and one in September 2025.”
- “The Board also intends to modernise its governance arrangements by replacing member schools with individual Members and has recently adopted the latest DfE model articles of association.”
- “Progress towards the opening of Harrow View has been slower than anticipated, and the Board continues to monitor this closely.”
- “Trustees note that the original plans for Harrow View Primary School have been paused and are currently under review by the Department for Education.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
