“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Based on the Group's latest trading expectations and associated cash flow forecasts, taking into account the £5.9m capital increase In December 2024 the directors have considered the cash requirements of the Group on which basis the board is convinced the Company has sufficient cash flows for operations for the coming 12 months period from 30th June 2025.”

However, in 2024, the customer sued the Company to get the prepayment back and solicitors were engaged to address this matter.”
