“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Having achieved profits every year since incorporation in 2014 and forecast to do so next year the directors have an expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence. The cash balance has been adequate for our needs without the need to borrow more, notwithstanding the pursuance of new ventures in the last 12 months. The year end cash balance is significant and is expected to trend upward in line with profits and is forecast to remain on this trend for the next financial year ending 31 March 2025 and continues to remain significant in the company's most prudent forecast to 31 December 2026. Negative scenario analysis performed on forecasts to 31 December 2026, reducing forecast profits to £nil, suggests that a 5% fall in revenue without any cost mitigations continues to result in positive cash balances for all period ends to 31 December 2026. The directors accept that there is a significant reliance on related party contracts and have assessed the agreements in place and gained assurances from ultimate parent and controlling party, Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust, that they are committed to and capable of meeting their obligations to the Company. Thus we continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
