- Affirmed
“The trustees assess whether the use of going concern is appropriate i.e. whether there are any material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the ability of the academy trust to continue as a going concern. In making this assessment the trustees take into account the written annual commitment by the Board of Kisharon to provide sufficient funding to ensure that no deficit arises on the operation of the school. The trustees have in this assessment in respect of a period of at least one year from the date of authorisation for issue of the financial statements and have concluded that with the support available from KisharonLangdon the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and there are no material uncertainties about the academy trust's ability to continue as a going concern, thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Kisharon School was approved as a Free School on 10th August 2018 and the academy trust worked with the Department for Education to construct a new purpose-built facility to accommodate 81 pupils.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
