“The directors have considered the Company's principal risks and uncertainties and concluded that the Company will have sufficient funds available under its current resources and committed facilities to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date these accounts are approved. These financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons: The Company is a component of the Compass Group PLC, one of the world's largest foodservice company. The company meets its day to day working capital requirements from operational cash flows and intercompany loan and trading balances with the group headed by Compass Group PLC. Compass Group PLC has prepared a base case financial forecast covering the Compass UK group companies ("the UK Group"), including the Company for at least 12 months from the date these accounts are approved. These forecasts indicate that the UK Group will have sufficient funds available under its current resources and committed facilities to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The Company has received a letter of support from Compass Group PLC indicating that it intends to provide such funds in case is needed. As with any company placing reliance on other group entities for financial support, the directors acknowledge that there can be no certainty that this support will continue although, at the date of approval of these financial statements, they have no reason to believe that it will not do so. Consequently, the directors of the Company are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future being a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and therefore have prepared these financial statements on the going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
