“The Company is in a net liabilities position and continues to be supported by Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd ("MIPL"), an intermediate parent company of the Company. As at 31 March 2025, the Company is in a net current liability position of £73,220 (2023: £53,096). This is primarily due to amounts owed to group companies of £62,811 (2023: £50,691). MIPL has undertaken that the amounts owed to it and its wholly owned subsidiaries will not be recalled within the next 12 months from the signing date of the financial statements and that they will continue to provide financial support to the Company. Due to the above factors, the Directors do not believe there to be uncertainty over the going concern of the Company and the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue to meet its liabilities when they fall due, for the foreseeable future.”
