“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. There is no significant impact of uncertainty on economic growth on our trading to date and this is expected to continue. The Company's forecast and projections show that the Company should be able to operate within the level of its current financial means, for at least 12 months from the signing of these financial statements. The Directors are confident that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the Company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
