Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors consider that the going concern period is to 31 March 2027, which covers the remainder of the 2025/26 and the full 2026/27 financial years The Group and Company remain well capitalised, with £1,985 0m of share capital in issue, and as at 31 March 2025, the Group has net current assets of £33 6m and net assets of £1,796 2m The Group also has a revolving credit facility of £200m, which is undrawn both at the year end and at the date of approval of the financial statements The directors have prepared a base case forecast and a severe but plausible downside scenario The downside scenario models a 10% reduction in income and removal of capital receipts, with mitigations including reductions in operating and capital expenditure Both forecasts indicate that the Group will begin utilising the RCF - while remaining compliant with covenant requirements - and that the Group and Company will be able to meet all liabilities as they fall due The directors also note that the wider Transport for London group is preparing its financial statements on a going concern basıs Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
