- Shaw Gibbs (Audit) Limited
- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The director is of an opinion that at the time of approval of these financial statements there were no indications suggesting that the Company would not be able to continue as a going concern in the foreseeable future and has therefore prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) have requested that UKTMP qualify new alloys, which will enable the company to increase its market share in the aerospace, medical, and industrial sectors. Some qualification processes commenced in 2024 and are expected to be completed by the end of the first half of 2025.”
- “UKTMP will not be affected by the recently announced tariffs, as titanium imported into the United States is exempt from these measures. The existing tariffs on Chinese titanium products remain in effect but have not been increased. As a result, US buyers are exhibiting increased caution when sourcing titanium sponge from China.”
- “Despite ongoing international efforts to bring an end to the war in Ukraine, we do not anticipate a resolution in the near term. Furthermore, even in the event of a resolution, the lifting of sanctions is likely to take time. UKTMP does not currently foresee any significant reduction in the cost of freight for raw materials.”
- “We expect sales volumes in 2025 to remain stable or slightly higher than those in 2024. Management is currently engaged in negotiations for several long-term contracts, which are expected to secure sales through to the end of the decade.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
