“The directors have assessed the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. In forming this assessment, the directors have considered the current macroeconomic environment, including elevated inflationary pressures, higher interest rates, and continuing geopolitical and market uncertainties that could impact liquidity, credit markets, and the timing of intercompany cash flows. As an intermediate holding company, the company is dependent on the continued financial support of its ultimate parent undertaking to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The directors have obtained confirmation that the parent will continue to provide financial support for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Having reviewed the company's cash flow forecasts, available facilities, and sensitivities to adverse economic conditions, the directors are satisfied that the company will have adequate resources to meet its obligations and to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
