“The company's business activities, together with the factors likely to affect its future development, its financial position and its principal risk exposures, are described in the Strategic Report on page 3. The company had net current assets of $77.6m as at 31 December 2024 (2023-$45.2m). The company and its fellow Formula 1 subsidiaries have access to considerable financial resources, and also benefit from revenues generated from a significant number of material long-term contracts with geographically diverse customers from across a range of different industries. The company also has access to the wider resources of its fellow Formula 1 subsidiaries, together with access to the Group's $500.0m undrawn revolving credit facility ("RCF"). The Group's performance in 2024, its expectations for 2025, expected levels of leverage, the stable capital structure with no impending maturities and a significant portfolio of interest rate swaps fixing a significant proportion of floating rate debt, and continued access to significant readily available liquidity, support the directors' view that the company has adequate resources to continue to meet all liabilities as and when they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
