“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence within the year immediately following. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. In coming to this conclusion, the directors have considered the performance of the wider group and related parties which the company recharges its expenses to. This includes receipt of confirmation in writing from the principal customer of the company that it will continue to purchase and pay for services from TowerPros, Ltd to the end of 2026.”
