“The Company continues to have a strong balance sheet with net assets of £3,409,264 (2023: £2,842,000) at 30 September 2024 and, in line with previous years, has continued to generate positive cash flows with no external debts. The Company has also been made part of a group wide cash pool facility wherein it also acts as a co-guarantor. As at 30 September 2024, the Company has pooled £1,571,000 (2023: £Nil) which is available on demand. It also has access to the group's external funding through this arrangement. In assessing the Company's ability to adopt the going concern basis in preparation of the financial statements, the directors have prepared detailed forecasts and projections to support their assessment. Aligned with performance since the balance sheet date these projections conclude that the Company will be able to pay its debts as they fall due for the period through to 31 August 2026. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
