“In carrying out their duties in respect of going concern, the directors have carried out a review of the company's financial position for a period of 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. The company is reliant on continued support from the parent company WES to ensure that it is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Therefore the directors have sought and received assurances from the directors of WEX Europe Services Limited that it will provide any such support as may be required to the company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements.”
