“The directors have considered the financial position of the Company and the anticipated ongoing demand for its services from other Allwyn Group companies. The company has received a letter of support from the Parent, Allwyn International AG (formerly Allwyn International a.s.), which commits to providing financial support to the Company in the maximum sum of £32.5 million for no less than a period of 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements such that the Company is able to operate as a going concern and to settle its liabilities as they fall due. The directors have concluded that it is reasonable to assume that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and meet its liabilities as they become due, and that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
