“The directors having considered financial reserves, market variables with trading trends and financial projections along with access to liquidity via its shareholder to determine the company as a going concern in that the business is expected to operate for the foreseeable future, or at least until evidence is presented to the contrary. It is the view of the directors that the company is financially stable and can generate income, meet its obligations, and that there is neither the intention nor the need to liquidate the company.”
