“Following a review of the forecast financial performance for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements along with the letter of financial support available from the ultimate parent company, Zeus Packaging Group Limited, the director has reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for that period. Accordingly, the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.”
