“The Directors believe that the Company's current strong balance sheet, the terms of its existing finance facilities and the Company's financial model forecasting provide sufficient cash and unused facilities to repay the £20m SWIP loan (due in June 2028), and maintain headroom with all financial covenants during the one and three year assessment periods. The Directors therefore consider it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
