“The Directors have prepared their cash forecast and have a reasonable expectation that the liabilities will be paid as they fall due over the next twelve months. The Company is part of Quanex Group and hence it is important to. consider the support of the Group. Quanex Building Products Corporation has confirmed it will provide financial support for the period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. On the basis that the Group has provided support, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has sufficient resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
