“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company has net current liabilities of £21,932,015 at 30 June 2025 (2024: £30,990,915). Its immediate parent, KDIL, will provide necessary funding for continuing operations. KDIL has prepared cash flow forecasts taking into account £62,000,000 of loans refinanced on 21 October 2025, and £131,725,994 to be repaid from contracted sale proceeds within 12 months. Directors are confident the Company has sufficient funds for at least 12 months from the approval date.”
