“The directors are assessing the impact of the uncertainty arising from the 'cost of living crisis'. Whilst the directors appreciate there is uncertainty surrounding the future economic climate, to date there has not been a significant, immediate impact on the group's operations and the directors feel that the group is well placed to address these impacts. The directors recognise that the situation remains uncertain and as a result making accurate forecasts on the likely implications is difficult. However, the directors are satisfied that the group has adequate working capital and resources to execute its operations over the next 12 months. Therefore the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
