  The Company relies on its Parent Company, BayWa r.e. AG not demanding repayment of the intragroup loan and providing any further funding required by the Company to continue to operate. As the Parent Company has uncertainty over its ability to continue as a going concern it is not certain that it will be able to provide the support required by the Company. As stated in Note 1, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 1, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not contain any adjustments that would be required if the financial statements were prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern.
