“Taking all the above factors into consideration, including the nature of the Company and its business, the Directors are satisfied that, at the time of approving the financial statements, there is a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for 12 months from the date the Annual Report and Accounts is signed. The negative equity position is driven by the non-recurring exceptional costs which were incurred in 2020 in relation to Copthall Avenue. The Company intends to make up for the shortfall in the long term through future profits earned as the Company builds out its operational capabilities at the Schroders Campus in Horsham. Additionally, the Company has received approval of a capital injection from its parent, Schroder Financial Holdings Limited. For these reasons, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “During the year the Group made the strategic decision to move the Wealth Management operations team from Zurich to Horsham, this has driven an increase in headcount of the Company.”
- “In 2024, the Company recognised a provision of £37.5 million for building repair works.”
- “On 3 March 2025 the Group's Capital Committee approved a capital injection request of £10 million from the parent, Schroder Financial Holdings Limited. The request was approved by the Board of Schroder Financial Holdings Limited on 13 March 2025.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
