  As at 31 August 2024, the company has a cash balance of £5,086 (06/2024: £4,316). The company has made a loss of £17,533 (06/2024: £15,923) for the period ended 31 August 2024. The directors recognize that the company has incurred losses since its incorporation and is entirely dependent on securing funds from investors through the issue of shares and loans from related parties, however there is no committed funding from both investors and related parties. These conditions indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt over the company's ability to continue as a going concern and therefore their ability to realise their assets and discharge their liabilities in the normal course of business. Whilst acknowledging this material uncertainty, the directors deem it suitable to present the financial statements on a going concern basis. The financial statements do not incorporate adjustments that would arise if the company were unable to continue as a going concern.
