“These financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. Based on the assessment they have made of the Company's financial situation, they have concluded that the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements and thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. An intermediate parent company, Envision Energy International Ltd (Hong Kong), has committed in writing to provide support to the Company for the next twelve months from the signing of these financial statements to ensure the Company will meet its obligations as and when they fall due. Therefore, in the opinion of the directors there is no material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
