Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from following the approval of these financial statements. This is dependent upon the company continuing to receive financial support from the group. The directors are of the opinion that the company can meet the majority of its liabilities as they fall due. However, the company will require significant repayment of the amounts owed by Rokt US Corp in order to settle other liabilities as they fall due. The group has confirmed it will continue to support the company for a period of at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-01-31 vs 2024-01-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
