Going concern
Affirmed

“In preparing the financial statements, the directors are required to make an assessment of the company's ability to continue as a going concern. The directors have prepared a cash flow forecast for the company which covers the 12-month period from the date of signing these financial statements. A "reverse stress" test has been applied to the forecasts, seeking to establish the level of liquidity headroom the company is expected to have during this 12-month going concern period. The directors' assessment has taken into account current macroeconomic factors. The company is party to a bank loan facility agreement which expires in November 2027, 12 months beyond the current going concern period. A group undertaking has confirmed that it is its current intention not to call for repayment of the balance owed to them for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements unless the company has sufficient funds to be able to make repayments. In addition, the company's cash flow forecast shows that after taking into account the above, the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and to meet its obligations and liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. As such, the directors have concluded that it remains appropriate to adopt a going concern basis of preparation in these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-05-31 vs 2024-05-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
