The Company is funded via an inter-company loan provided by the Company's ultimate holding company, Oxley Holdings Limited. Oxley Holdings Limited has confirmed that it will make available such funds as may be required to enable the Company to meet its obligations for a period of at least 12 months from signing the financial statements.
