“The Directors are comfortable that the Group and the Company will have sufficient resources to continue as a going concern over the Going Concern Period. Additionally, the Directors are confident that the investment ventures that drive asset management revenue will continue in operation and meet their commitments as they fall due during the going concern period. Based on the most recent business plan, the directors anticipate assets under management to be £9.7bn by 2029, which will provide a stable revenue source through asset and property management fees. The Directors base these assumptions on past performance and forward-looking market conditions. It is on this basis that the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
