“The Company is in a net current liabilities position at year-end of ZAR 42,946 thousand (2023: ZAR 47,877 thousand). However, in the opinion of the directors, the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future based on the continued support from the immediate parent company, Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pte Ltd has confirmed to make available such funds as are needed by the Company for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements and has also confirmed that it shall not seek repayment of the amounts currently due from the Company to Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pte Ltd and fellow subsidiaries. The Company's directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
