“After making appropriate enquiries, the board of trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the board of trustees continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

- “In September 2024, the Trust entered into an agreement with LINK Learning Trust and prepared an application for the amalgamation of the two trusts. A separate application was also prepared for two maintained schools-Cavendish Primary School and Northenden Community School-to join the Trust. Both applications were successfully submitted in December 2024 and subsequently approved. As a result, the LINK Learning Trust and the two maintained schools will officially become part of Connect Alliance Trust (previously known as M20 Learning Trust) from 1st September 2025.”
