“The group has operated profitably during the year under review and to ensure that it is able to meet its liabilities as they fall due, Alvarez and Marsal Holdings LLC, a company incorporated in the United States of America has indicated that it will continue to provide sufficient financial support as is necessary for the foreseeable future. The company believes the strength of its current financial resources together with a diverse service offering to a range of clients across different geographic areas and industries leaves it well placed to manage its business going forward. This includes navigating the risks inherent in the current uncertain general economic outlook. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
