“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation at the time of approving the financial statements, that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and there are no material uncertainties about the Academy Trust's ability to continue as a going concern.
