“Notwithstanding net current liabilities of £5,259,971 on 31 December 2024, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate. The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through balances held in bank together with operational cashflows, intercompany balances and trading balances with the group headed by NewCold Cooperatief U.A., the ultimate parent company. NewCold Cooperatief U.A., and its affiliates have indicated that they do not intend to seek repayment of amounts currently due to the group, and intend to provide additional support as required, during the going concern assessment period.”

The addition of a second NewCold site in the UK, that is ran under a separate legal entity sister company called NewCold Corby Limited, will significantly enhance the overall offering that NewCold can provide for our customers in the UK.”
