“The directors have assessed the Group's and the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of not less than one year from the date of approval of these financial statements and confirm that they are satisfied that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence. The directors' assessment includes their best estimate of the impact of the events surrounding the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and the Middle East, which is not expected to have any significant impact on the Group's activities as the Group does not have any direct revenue from or expenses in these regions. Utility costs have increased due to the conflict's impact on global energy prices. The Group will continue to monitor the situation and take appropriate measures as needed. The directors have satisfied themselves that the Group has sufficient financial resources to operate for a period of twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. For this reason, the directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Significant events

• “On 1st January 2025, the Group incorporated a new branch, BlueScientific, in The Netherlands. The branch is wholly owned by BlueScientific Limited and was established to support the Group's expansion into the BeNeLux region and market. This incorporation is considered a non-adjusting post balance sheet event and does not affect the financial position of the Group as at 31 December 2024.”
