“The Company is in a net current asset position of £79,000 and expected to continue to generate positive operating cash flows on its own account for the foreseeable future. However, since the Company is dependent on Suntory Beverage & Food Limited (SBF Ltd) to access cash via the cash pooling system (classified within debtors), the Directors have obtained a letter of financial support from SBF Ltd. Based on the review of forecasts and the existence of financial support from SBF Ltd, the Directors have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern and provide support to the company. Thus, they adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements for the period.”
