“Pendleton Together Holdings Limited ('PTHL') is an intermediate holding company of Pendleton Together Operating Limited ('PTOL') and therefore the performance of the Company is based on the trading of the subsidiary company. The directors acknowledge that funding for the PFI works was from FHW Dalmore (Salford Pendleton Housing) PLC directly into PTOL. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”

• “Following the tragic events at Grenfell a comprehensive review of the refurbishment works was undertaken to establish the condition of the tower blocks. Subsequently, a detailed further works programme has been implemented with the involvement of all stakeholders to ensure the safety of all residents. This has now been fully costed and enables a new financial model to be established. This new programme aims to be completed by December 2025 and regular steering group meetings are taking place to monitor progress and costs.”
