“No material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern have been identified by the Directors. The Company is in a net liability position, but has received a letter of support from the Company's ultimate parent Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. As a result, management believes that the Company is a going concern for the foreseeable future covering at least 12 months from signing of these financial statements.”
