“The company is wholly dependent on the Körber AG cash pooling arrangements for access to the cash flows necessary for the day-to-day running of the company and to support the going concern assertion. The company has received confirmation that the Group will not withdraw the facility in the foreseeable future. The company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the company is expected to be cash generative, and should be expected to be a net depositor into, rather than borrower from, the Körber AG cash pooling facility. Based on their assessment of the company's financial position, future performance, liquidity and risks and the capitalisation arrangement, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operation for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance of financial statements. Thus, the company continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting.”
