“In assessing the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern, the Directors have considered detailed forecasts of expected income, expenditure and cash flows and taken into consideration existing banking facilities. These forecasts have been considered in the context of the Company's future prospects. The Directors are of the opinion that the Company will have sufficient funds available to finance its operations for a period of at least 12 months following the date of approval of these financial statements and accordingly they have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis. The Directors have relied on the ongoing support of the Company's parent group in making their assessment. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
