“The Financial Statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts and performed a going concern assessment which indicates that, in both the base and reasonably possible downsides, the company will require additional funds, through funding from its ultimate company, FSFL, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the 26-month period ended 28 February 2027 (the "going concern assessment period"). The Directors have concluded that no market conditions have arisen in the going concern assessment which would cause doubt over the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern. Consequently, the Directors are confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
