Going concern
Material uncertainty disclosed

“At 30 September 2024, the Company is in a net liability position as a result of an intragroup loan due to Ground Rents Income Fund plc (the 'Parent Company') and 'ultimate controlling party') and therefore relies on its financial support. The Parent Company's financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2024 issued on 14 January 2025 included a material uncertainty in relation to going concern driven by wider risks faced by the Group. This in turn leads to a material uncertainty regarding its support of the Company, which may cast significant doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the company were unable to continue as a going concern. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-09-30 vs 2023-09-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
