“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue in operational existence for at least one year from the date of signing these financial statements. In all scenarios the company retains a strong cash position at the end of the forecast period with no borrowing under its revolving credit facility and the directors are therefore satisfied that none of the forecast scenarios indicate that the company would be unable to continue in operation for 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements.”
