Significant events
- “In May 2025, the Company terminated the joint operations agreement for the Red Sea Block 1 due to limited prospectivity and elected not to enter Phase 2.”
- “Subsequent to 31 December 2024, the Khendjer dry hole was plugged and abandoned. The total remediation cost of this activity was confirmed to be $1,216,500 on April 2025. The decrease in remediation cost was attributed to unforeseen geological conditions, which were unforeseen in the decommissioning provision estimate. This event is classified as non-adjusting. Since the factors leading to the revised estimate emerged after the balance sheet date, no changes have been made to the decommissioning provision recognized in the financial statements as of December 31, 2024.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
