After reviewing these forecasts, the Directors are of the opinion that, taking account of severe but plausible downsides, including pay inflation and changes in funding arrangements, the College will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due over the period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements (the going concern assessment period). Consequently, the Directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
