Material uncertainty over going concern
We draw attention to note 1 to the financial statements which explains that in view of the upcoming expiry of the PPP concession, the Directors intend to cease the operations of the Company following fulfilment of the handback provisions under the contract. Whilst the Company has sufficient financial resources to support its operations throughout this period, the Directors, therefore, do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Accordingly the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern, as described in note 1.

Significant events
- “Since the reporting date, the Advanced Thermal Treatment (ATT) plant suffered mechanical failure resulting in reduced availability and additional running costs, alongside the associated costs of repair. Management has assessed the financial impact of these events occurring in 2025 and concluded that it will not be material, as revenue losses beyond the initial five-day period and repair costs are recoverable.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
